      Pros

      CEO to VP to Sales to Customer Experience - everyone is super accessible, focused on working together to make the best product. Also, D&I isn't a checkbox here, people actually care about diversity, inclusion and belonging.

      Cons

      It's a small company. There will be resource constraints that will require zero ego and nice humans to solve.
