It's been amazing joining a company where the health, wellbeing and ambitions of employees is so visible.
There are so many resources to help you get your work done - e.g. multiple #help channels to get your questions answered by the right team, an extremely generous WFH budget to aid in the switch to remote working, regular check-ins with managers and team mates, great self-learning budget etc.
The health and wellbeing of each employee is also really important to Slack, which is why resources such as 8 days of Emergency Time Off (in addition to Paid Time Off and Volunteer Time Off) and the health and wellbeing budget are so welcomed.

Literally none - this is the best place I have ever worked!
