Pros
Every Simplusian is like a family member and we've got each others back. The 3 values of stewardship, critical thinking, and an underdog spirit are the core of every employee and each one of us lives by it. Great culture and inspirational leadership to develop skillset and win as a team. Exposure to a number of industries and verticals in a face-paced environment.
Cons
Since acquisition by Infosys last year, there is slow progress on the merging of the two orgs, but I guess this is expected when such things happen during Covid.
