Only brand name is good, rest everything is like hell, No HR policies, reporting manager is evrything. Lots of policies here for just formalities..

Old employee always make fool to their management and show extremely high effort than what is is doing..
Management is also blindly faith and giving more power that what manager deserves..

My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market
Cons
Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
