      Pros

      You can come to work at flexible working hour and no need to record attendance. You manage your work with your supervisor only.

      Cons

      Signify doesn't treat you as an employee. They dismiss staff very frequently and then employ back sometimes. People come and go like a restaurant, no loyalty.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
