      Work from Home. Easy job.

      Cons

      Impulsive CEO. No future. No growth opportunity. Top managers do not know what they are doing. Top managers are extremely rusty and far from up-to-date technology and ideas and thus they would rather play politics to maintain their situation.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
