      Pros

      Employees used to have good benefits , good bonuses , good hikes .Nothing at all now. Good work life balance . In fact few people have only life ,no work .

      Cons

      Frequent organisational changes ,changes in the reporting structure . I don't know what results these changes have brought .After all these changes the company still struggles with the structure. No recognization for good work . You get a spot award , irrespective of your work . They give awards just for the sake of it .

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
