      It was a great company, however changing cultures resulted in it not being fun or interesting anymore.

      Cons

      Role became a box filling exercise. A lack of creativity is at the core of this company.

      My local team are good people. Pay and benefits are good for the market

      Cons

      Upper management is rudderless. No real plan to become profitable. Constant layoffs and the culture is awful. Everyone is burned out and sick of this company. No future here
