Working hours are very light. Nobody left in the office after 4:30pm.
Cons
Only focus on setting up complex process to keep people busy.
Not enough work for all.. Lot of unnecessary jobs.
No reward for high performers.
Business is no longer a priority, only ticking boxes.

Cons
Silo-strategy, with departments and sectors setup as segregated, causes reactionary decision making rather than smart proactive progression in improvement initiative buy-in. Inter-departmental LEAN thinking can be challenging.
