      -Large team, good support from functions i.e. technical, finance, quality and measurement, etc -good work life balance compared to trading houses -pay and benefits are ok for the WLB

      Cons

      -lack of progression -lack of genuine care for people -lack of autonomy as Optimisation team controls bulk of decision making. -fish in the ocean and easily disposable
