      Pros

      Good pay, low stress. Good time off after about 4 years but now its very poor for graduates.

      Cons

      no opportunity for progression, very political with no regard for technical capability in an inherently technical job. Don't bother if you have ambition and drive.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
