      Good pay for the work life balance and allowed

      Cons

      No development opportunity and no clear vision for how or if our job roles fit into the future of the company. Management and senior staff pulled up the ladder behind them the last couple rounds of layoffs. Long term job security is zero

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
