Great culture, working environment, supportive colleagues and managers, open to different opinions/suggestions
Cons
Not prioritizing hiring additional staff even though the management already know that all department are short handed because of the reorg. Also, no bonus for 2 consecutive years and workload is too heavy. Low base salary.
