      Big emphasis on the learning & development of employees. Great culture. Work life balance is encouraged and does exist. Good benefits - access to gym, counselling and end of trip facilities.

      Cons

      Big company so a lot of red tape to get around in order to get things done.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
