      Pros

      Excellent pay but that's about it. The overtime and stress working here is not worth the pay.

      Cons

      Extremely negative and political environment. Very unstable and serious lack of leadership. They do not value experience in this company at all. Would not recommend.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
