      Pros

      Great culture, friendly people, lots of company sponsored events, dinners etc.

      Cons

      Bloated HR, you get absolutely 0 assistance from departments which are there to help you when needed (IT, HR). Systems are designed to make you crazy (ie. you need to call outsourced call centre in India to report broken printer on your floor). Its an insanely busy environment for an EA and even though there are career opportunities you don't really have time to explore other options,

      Pros

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
