      Good Pay, Respectful, Diverse, Stress free, Safe Excellent training program for new hires, Opportunities to work around the world. You can take holidays anytime as the work load is low.

      Cons

      Opportunities in Canada are diminishing. Lots of employees and bureaucracy. Performance is based more on who knows you than the value you bring to the company.
