You will get brand name. Little bit flexibility in terms of working hours and work from home.
Cons
You dont get much freedom to work independantly. Dont get enough opportunity to grow and use your skills. Salary structure is not tax friendly most of your earning will go in paying taxes. Parents will not get covered in medical insurance and getting additional insurance for your parents is very costly in shell it will make you fell a bit insecure financially if parents are dependent. Work from home is not there like in other IT company so again achieving work life balance becomes difficult for people working from home
