Pros
Shell treats people extremely well and the remuneration is excellent. It acts with integrity and honesty and fosters an environment of learning and development where people can thrive.
Cons
It can take a long time to make decisions and can be internally focused. There is arguably too much bureaucracy in the decision making and sometimes the company is more preoccupied with its internal dealings than with the external world.
