Large company with many opportunities. Competitive salary. Very safety conscious and an overall good corporate citizen. Willingness to rotate employees into roles they would like to pursue.
Cons
HR is too involved with making decisions. Supervisors and managers aware of your technical proficiency and work ethic should have ability to advance you when appropriate, not prove their case to HR by fulfilling an obscure matrix.
