Great company, bad department - Associate Cost Engineer Shell Employee Review

A great company indeed but unlucky to get bad Team Lead. No direct and clear training but expect a new entry person to do and can do most of the part. The worst part being pinned-point and put all the blame when a new policy being implemented and Team Lead didn’t even acknowledge at the first place.
