      Pros

      - gratis/free product every month - pretty good employee discount & had periods of additional employee discounts through the year - I did appreciate that they recycle all “damages” unlike my previous employer which just trashed everything. - organizing, stocking, truck, etc were chill (I’m biased because my flavor of tism is being a perfectionist and love making things satisfyingly organized lol.

      Cons

      - laughable pay - nothing done about bullying from typical mean-girl-manager - unattainable store goals - zero career growth/development (if anything they tried to ensure the opposite) - literally got a 10¢ raise one year LOL

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
