Pros

Free product but it's only for part-timers and full-timers, which they hardly hire anymore after the introduction of flex

Cons

Awful customers create a hostile work environment, management doesn't care about the well being of the team. There was never any hours despite our store making tens of thousands of dollars every month. No commission. I was averaging a sales per labor hour of $800 and never even got congratulated for it, let alone compensated.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!

Hours vary based on the time of the year.
