      Pros

      The pay is good for a retail company. Sephora always seems to hit high bonus targets, which pay nicely.

      Cons

      Your base pay will be low. They try to make up for this with a nice bonus, but if you don't hit your targets, you'll be stuck with a low base. Some departments can't manage their workload well.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
