Sephora is an AMAZING company if you are looking for a place to put your heart into. If you are not dedicated or you are the kind of person who think "what can my work do for me?" Or if you are expecting some normal job, you will not like to work at Sephora. This is a truly wonderful company who's intentions are to make people feel beautiful. We are the experts in the beauty industry, the leaders of innovation, and the driving force in the strive for confidence and specialness in every person.
Cons
If you have a dud in your store, Sephora doesn't flush them out. They really work with you- sometimes too much. They REALLY care about their employees and their clients.
