Pros
Higher than Avg pay for a non commission sales job as a Licensed Skin Care provider ($16/hr) Employee Discount + product tester packages every few weeks was always awesome Retail Sales Associates & Mngmt are actually nice to one another Great as a launch pad from Skin Care School or new grad Make Up Artist Able to aquire good Sales training and make up artistry skills & product knowledge training capabilities to utilize for future opportunities.
Cons
No organization, professional follow through, or business integrity. I worked there for THREE Months from once it opened until Month 3, hired as an LBA. I had received no Sales Commission capabilities outside of Skin Care Services that I was TRAINED FOR BUT COULD NOT PREFORM bc they never solidified their TDLR License to Operate from the State on that Level. So for 3 Months, All Skin Care providers were haulted from being able to extend their TRAINING REQUIRED & PROVIDED for the job, which was never utilized and focus was only made for MUAs & their Services to occur. ABSOLUTELY no cross over was ommited for the LBAs to supplement their time and traning for better work/life financial balance by issuing LBAs as fellow MUA for services in the store whatsoever. You waste people's time & skills making $ fire a company that doesn't care enough to accommodate the Worker properly.
