Pros

Very talented people at every turn. Company is very stable and doing very well which translates to the annual bonus. An exciting organization to work for.

Cons

It's located in the Financial District which is impossible to live in/near if you maintain any substantial personal belongings and make less than $140K/year. In addition, there seems to be more managers than workers.

Pros

+ monthly training gratis + brand and product training + exposure to working with luxury brands + technology device supplements role

Cons

- unstable hours / unstable income - part-time employee classification has a wide weekly hourly gap (e.g., 15-29 weekly hours) and the availability expectation is that of a full-time (e.g., required to be open 4-5 a week, open to close) - minimal career growth if wanting to become full-time within the same store
