      Pros

      It was nice to learn about new products and help clients find great products you know they would love.

      Cons

      Worst Management Ever. Do not make clear goals when hiring. Seasonal employees are treated like garbage. A friend of mine that I made during my time there was just never put on the schedule again after the holiday rush.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
