“Training” isn’t actual training, it’s people from brands just reading random facts or statistics off of a piece of paper It is almost impossible to move up within the company and be promoted and/or move from part-time to full-time employment The management will tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to not quit, because it reflects poorly on them and the store you work in when employees quit.
