      Pros

      Decent pay, lots of job perks including free product, overall fun work. Excellent training provided, and cash bonuses.

      Cons

      Very strict policies and procedures, little schedule flexibility- work on Holidays. weekends, etc. Difficult to advance quickly or transfer over to corporate side. Can be competitive among employees at times.

      Pros

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
