      Pros

      Tons of gratis, rotation of duties during a shift, pretty good pay (definitely above minimum even for part timers), good amount of hours, lots of communication. Great team effort/collaborative, skilled employees that inspired, amazing training opportunities, never a dull moment. The store layout is great, fragrance set up very well to attempt to prevent loss.

      Cons

      Having to wait for manager to look at your bag AFTER you've clocked out.

      Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
