Pros

Great coworkers, great benefits, great hours. Albeit cheesy, it really felt like a dream job with an amazing work family.

Cons

They cut the benefits randomly without warning, as well as never having consistent hours, which forced me to leave. In my experience, some members of management were very rude to employees with disabilities or health concerns, until HR was involved, and then they were just passive-aggressive. Also, each branch has a completely different culture, which can be a double-edged sword.

Pros

fun getting gratis and hosting in-store events, meeting brand ambassadors/managers, socializing with clients

Cons

manager created a weird environment -- coaching moments were sometimes extremely aggressive for a retail environment; strict on not applying makeup to clients unless they purchase a service. once made me move from a disabled client quickly because I was "spending too much time with them" and to further boost the store sales. felt extremely unethical.
