Working at this location has been difficult due to the store manager’s leadership style. Intimidation and favoritism are common, and it creates an unhealthy and uncomfortable environment for many employees. Several team members, especially younger ones, often feel fearful or pressured, which is disheartening to witness.
There have also been situations where I felt my opportunities for advancement were dismissed unfairly. When I raised legitimate concerns, I was discouraged from speaking to HR, which felt inappropriate and unprofessional. Overall, transparency, respect, and ethical leadership are lacking, and it has significantly affected morale.
