Decent benefits like affordable health insurance

Cons

Sephora does not care at all about employees. They're all replaceable. They send cookies instead of bonuses. One of the really high ups came and said they'd redo our break area and get us an ice machine and all kinds of other stuff that never happened. They started years ago while saying they cared about clients so they'd NEVER have a credit card, but that changed and we had to basically force it on every single person who walked in.

Pros

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
