The company is working in the area of housing and they develop a lot of products for energy savings. It is an international operation and there are many occasions to travel and visit other sites as the presence in each country is limited. Most of the operations are medium or small scale - this opens a lot of opportunities for middle management
Cons
Due to the fragmentation of the activities it is difficult plan a carrier path. There are not many women present in the company.
