      Great environment and people. CEO has a clear direction and ensures the ELT expresses that direction to their direct reports.

      need to have mroe career development type programs to offer to colleagues

      Thanks for your review and I agree the people and our environment here at Sage are great. Yes, Stephen Kelly, our CEO, has laid out where we are going and what we need to do to get there. Thanks for your feedback on the career development programmes - I know something is happening in this area, but I wonder if you ever looked in Linda.com as there are 1000s of courses in there, including career development. Thanks again and good luck with your career.

      Pros

      Some of the people are genuinely rockstars in their crafts. The insurance is top notch and PTO is generous.

      Cons

      Company culture and morale are awful. The salaries are low, policies are dated and not equitable, product and internal tech is dated. Rapid changes due to poor leadership and frequent turnover. Leadership does not seem to possess the ability to pivot once decisions have been made, even if the decision was the wrong one. Company personality is archaic and as far away from forward-thinking as possible.
