Sage lacks coherent product strategy. Senior leadership seems to flip directions every quarter, which results in our roadmap being pulled, reworked or cancelled frequently.
Culture change felt reactive rather than strategic. Lots of references to how Microsoft operated from 10 years ago from ex Microsoft colleagues in management. Seems like the Sage vision was just management trying to recreate Microsoft here.
Mandatory office attendance (3 days/week) enforced even if nearest office is a long commute and impractical.
