      * Railway transportation is a growing business abroad and SNCF has an expertise and credibility * Extremelly comprehensive career management * Very good retirement package and social protection * Friendly atmosphere

      * National company, with a lot of politically sensitive subjects often implying inertia * Salaries are not that good * Operations and opportunities outside of France are very limited
