      This is for the Pune development center: -Pays well (as compared to other companies in Pune). -Free Food. -Good Health insurance coverage.

      This is for the Pune development center: -Software Engineers dont get chance to travel abroad -Salary is not revised annually. Last time it happened after 2.5 years. -Quality of work is not excellent.
