      - Good pay for freshies - Great Training

      Cons

      - Zero work life balance - I have to work 14-16 hours a day !! That is on a good day. - low morale among workers - The pay is very low if I compute on per hour basis - Most of my colleagues are laid of during the Pandemic - Ladies are given easy promotion because of their Diversity & Inclusion policy. If you are a guy, just don't accept this job ( you won't be treated fairly).
