      Pros

      Good retaining of people in R&D while economy downturn. Excellent knowledge sharing initiatives. Nice abilities to travel and some abilities to relocate.

      Cons

      "Promotion based on performance" is just a slogan with nothing to do in real life. Very low competency of management.

      Excellent technical and operational training, especially for engineers and field personnel.

      Cons

      During drilling, completion, or intervention jobs, shifts can extend well beyond scheduled hours.
