      Pros

      My experience was really good, because I was working in a role where I have a variety of project. It was really interesting work close to edge technology and innovation. I had the amazing opportunity to work close to talented and expert people which was really nurturing for me

      Cons

      I was lucky but I can see the opportunities to grow are more for young people but also there is too much people who do the minimum possible. Maybe too much work stability

      Supervisor do Nothing and want hours of work change all the time with out notice
