Managers are treated like gods in the company. they can reject your leave even when you have a medical condition or ask you to change your plans. - They don't give progressions and will tell you they will give next year. False promises by the managers. - If they ask you to change the team internally, Don't. They don't give any hike/progression and you have a high chance for lay-offs. - They say they have flexible hours, and then expect you to be available at odd hours by having meetings in morning before 9am and in night after 8 9 pm.
