Pros

- Good number of sick leaves - Free lunch in the office - Free shuttle services

Cons

- no career growth, it takes a long time to get a promotion - very low hike - even when they promote their good work culture, if you register any complaint towards the manager, they don't take any action or say anything to the manager. Managers are treated like gods in the company. they can reject your leave even when you have a medical condition or ask you to change your plans. - They don't give progressions and will tell you they will give next year. False promises by the managers. - If they ask you to change the team internally, Don't. They don't give any hike/progression and you have a high chance for lay-offs. - They say they have flexible hours, and then expect you to be available at odd hours by having meetings in morning before 9am and in night after 8 9 pm.

Pros

The people at SAP are genuinely nice, and the culture is generally supportive. The work-life balance is good to an extent, but when you're busy, you're BUSY. SAP is highly complex so expect to take a year to ramp up.

Cons

Only way to get a high salary is if you're hired externally. They do not reward employees who are loyal to the company. Closed opportunities often have to go through the Compensation Exception Committee, creating uncertainty around earnings. Prepare for constant change, whether that's solutions being removed from your sales bag, account shifts, territory realignments, or changing compensation policies. Quotas can be difficult to attain
