Very difficult to grow Employees are basically exploited in every which way possible Company does not really care about its employees it only likes to “appear” as if it does externally while internally employees are treated in a shameful manner, over the last year SAP basically reached into its employees’ pockets to pad its profit margin by pocketing more than 50% of their compensation It used to be one of the best places to work now it is just another dead end job
