Very narrow minded management. Expect you to do your thing and shut up. No initiatives appreciated. No communication and zero feedback from management. You will never even speak to the manager of your manager in your life - even if you see him every day. This is due to french and german management mentality. No promotion and most of opportunities are in SAP AG and in germany mainly. Very hard to get pay rise. The company will try to keep your fixed part of the salary as low as possible and compensate you with a variable pay due to french employment rules.
