Pros
- Glue is part of Reply, so you have 2 social outings - one from each. That means free beer at least once per month - it is stable as it is backed by large Reply Group - managers try to push all employees to study and improve - keen on paying for courses and certifications - free BCS membership - theoretically you can learn from more experienced employees, but in practice people are stuck at customers' sites and it is hard to organise - very flat structure, each employee is assigned one of the partners they can discuss any issues with - flexible benefits - well, can be assigned to pension, cash or health insurance (no dental) - structured training for graduates - good place to start - pretty good internally developed architecture packages - growing fast
Cons
- mandatory company meetings - not often, but sometimes a pain to get to - very flat structure - hard to get promoted - salaries on a lower end of spectrum - company performance part of bonuses calculated in a weird way that changes every time - lots of people come for a year or so and then leave - large churn - expense policy is opaque - different employees are allowed different levels as not all expenses are cross charged to customers - all documents stored on internal Social Network (Facebook clone). it is ridiculously hard to find anything there - some employees find management tactics to prevent them from leaving the company very threatening
