      Pros

      Excellent benefits: 8 weeks of holidays and no one answers their emails in August nor other holidays.

      Cons

      Paranoia runs rapid! Very political and extremely French. Employees are not happy. Health insurance is rather poor and employee cafeteria is expensive and over crowded; no ticket restaurant

      Pros

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
