      - many bonuses throughout the year, for each major event - life-career balance pretty good overall - decent level of people hired - West Gate location very good looking overall - Home working Friday option - Good HR department - enough evolution possibilities

      - not so organized as i expected - low starting level salary - very slow decision process - not so open to creative ideas, not much freedom to new ideas

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
