messy company old methodics poorly performing PC systems - but I suppose that it depends on region you are actually operating in too many applications applied across regions for the evidence of one thing- eg. service contracts. So systematically it is very ineffective!!! HR: regional offices cannot employ more people when they need under the company, so they use work agencies== after time (1-2 years) these people leave. The number of employees is stated directly in France, they have a table with exact numbers for regions they may employ. weak possibilities for promotions-the best quality employees leave, people who stay are rotating the positions around the company. low salary
