      Great company with friendly evironment. Great team players and respecting deadlines for every tiny project to the biggest ones.

      Cons

      Too many work for beginners as they "bosses" are drinking tea and smoking. Diffrences between men and women.

      Renault provides excellent technical training and encourages employees to take ownership of their development. Resources for upskilling, especially in new technologies, are readily available.

      Cons

      As with any large, established automotive corporation, decision-making can be slow and sometimes bureaucratic. Getting approval or consensus across the different global divisions can take time.
